Shipping Information

We offer free Media Mail shipping (2-9 business days in transit) for U.S. customers (unfortunately postal rate increases necessitate excluding HI and AK), as well as USPS priority mail (2-3 business days), and International USPS service (transit times may vary). Shipping times are estimates provided by the post office, but are not guaranteed. UPS and Fed-Ex may be available upon request. How long does it take to receive a book from Tachyon Publications?

Tachyon Publications generally ships your purchases within two business days – over the holiday season, we will ship as soon as possible. If you are ordering for the holiday season and choose Media Mail, we suggest you place your order by December 13th.

I have a problem with my order, what do I do?

Returns & Exchanges

Direct sales are final, however, all books are exchangeable. We will replace damaged books.
