The Tachyon 30th Anniversary party will be held in the library downstairs next to the Koret Auditorium. At 3PM, the Koret Auditorium will open for a special appearance by authors Joe R. Lansdale (Hap & Leonard, Bubba Ho-Tep) and Samantha Mills (The Wings Upon Her Back), and publisher Jacob Weisman, courtesy of SF in SF Events, the reading series sponsored by Tachyon.
Other Tachyon authors scheduled to attend include Peter S. Beagle, Pat Murphy, Nick Mamatas, and more.
A library exhibit of Tachyon books, manuscripts, awards, correspondence, photos, and other ephemera will be hosted by the San Francisco Public Library. The 3rd floor exhibit opens on September 19th and runs through October 20th.
Both the exhibit and the party are free and open to the public. We hope to see you at there!
