Zagreb’s SFeraKon, the longest running Croation science fiction convention, welcomed Kate Elliott as guest of honor. In celebration of the event, the Croation magazine SIRIUS B translated and reprinted “On the Dying Winds of the Old Year and the Birthing Winds of the New,” which originally appeared in the collection THE VERY BEST OF KATE ELLIOTT.
