Congratulations to Samantha Mills, winner of the 2023 Hugo Award!
Chengdu Worldcon, the 81st World Science Fiction Convention, announced the winners of the 2023 Hugo Awards. Samantha Mills won the award for her short story “Rabbit Test.” She previously won the Nebula, Locus, and Sturgeon for the same story. In April 2024, Tachyon will gleefully launch her debut novel, THE WINGS UPON HER BACK.
